P.S. I Love You is another masterpiece by Cecelia Ahern. I found out about this novel through my colleague when we were having our window shopping yesterday afternoon. I bought it at once and started to read it since last night. The story is about a childhood sweethearts, Holly and Gerry. They are not only a childhood sweethearts but also a soul mates because nobody could imagine them without each other until the unthinkable happens. Gerry's death devastatess Holly. As her 30th biirthday looms Holly discovers that gerry has left her a bundle of notes, gently guiding her into her new life without him, each signed 'PS, I Love You. With some help from her friends, and her noisy and loving family, Holly finds herself laughing, crying, singin, dancing and being braver than ever before.
I'm havent finish reading the novel yet but I already cried twice when I read it. I can feel what has Holly going through after Gerry gone as if I am Holly. I said so because I just lost someone that I really love and the feeling of losing someone that you love is something that is difficult for me to bear with at this period of time. It is hard to let go off the memories and it is also hard for me to go own with my life without him being my friend, my listener. Without him to tell a jokes(even thou its hard for me to accept his jokes sometimes), no one to turn to during my hard day, no more bed time call, no more phone call or sms. It seems that half of my life has been taken away from me. He was always there for me and now he is gone, pulled himself out from myy life. Why is world so cruel to me? Who can answered that?
Anyway, the novel is a MUST for you to read if you do loves to read.
