HIDUP SEORANG BLOGGER seperti aku ni rasanya seperti seekor kura-kura yang ingin maju ke depan seperti rakan yang lain tp tidak mampu untuk berjalan beriringan dgn mereka sbb kura2 mmg agak slow perjalanannya..itu la saya, blogger yang amat jarang untuk mengarang cerita tentang apa2 saja dalam blog wpon kekadang masa tengah drive balik daripada opis pon, idea boleh dtg mencurah2 mcm air bah yang keluar drp empangan yg pecah (mcm dlm citer Bruce Almighty )..tp mencurah2 sekejap je..lepas tu idea jadi kering kontang plak...belum masuk fakta time management plak. aku mmg fail yg teramat sangat dalam hal pengurusan masa baik dlm urusan keje kat opis atau pon untuk personal...even masa study dr zaman UPSR sampai zaman ambik Master pon aku still lagi tak leh nak management masa elok2...semuanya study last minute..nasib baik aku lepas utk semua exam2 penting tu...even buat post utk contest HIDUP SEORANG BLOGGER ni pon aku buat last minute gak...previous post aku utk contest HIDUP SEORANG BLOG...

Last Sunday I made Sweet Sour Layer Cake (Kek Lapis Masam Manis) which is popular in Sarawak. Kek Lapis Masam Manis Ingredient: 10 pcs egg 1 tin condensed milk 16 oz golden churn butter 12 pack of haw flakes 2 teaspoon of vanilla essence 2 glass of castor sugar 300g of biscuit marie (Arrowroot biscuit) [blend into flour] 1 teaspoon of baking powder Method: Beat in egg white and sugar until it look fluffy. Mix in egg yolm butter and condensed milk. Mix well. Combined both mixture and mix well. Add in blended biscuit marie and baking powder. Separate the mixture into 2, put some colour of your choice. (Green & Pink will be great Steam each mixture layer by layer and alternate it with haw flakes. Note: Do use mixer during mixing the egg white and sugar. The rest will use wooden spoon. Do mind the look as it doesn't look nice but the taste is there..I like it so much. Next in line will be Chocolate Peppermint Layer Cake (Kek Lapis Cokelat Pudina).

HIDUP SEORANG BLOGGER (Life of a Blogger) can be very interesting as in geting to know lots of people/blogger from all walks of life. You can learn about almost everything from A to Z, every tiny thing to a huge matter that may change your life forever...I have been a blogger since year 2007 after Emila Yusof , who was my colleague back then, told me about the good thing having a blog and being a blogger and introduced me two free blog domain that is blogspot and wordpress. I choose blogspot since it is much more easier for me who is not an IT literate.. Again as for me, HIDUP SEORANG BLOGGER (Life of a Blogger) can be very challenging over time due to time management and mind blockage. Back then I were juggling with work, classes and assignment for my postgraduate courses, traveling here and there and blogging as well. I am now in the mood for cooking and baking. Thus, I've been searching for recipes all around in the internet. I found some but still have not made my mind on which one should I try first. But however, I am thinking of Shepherd's Pie, and some other biscuit. I dreamed of a little boy last night and from the way I see him, he is my baby...hehehe...I dreamed myself having a baby boy. Who is the father? I dont know as he does not show up in the dream..huhuhu..but seriously the little boy is such a cute and adorable at age 3... grab this image from google I wish the real baby of mine will be as cute as this boy..hehehe

Lokman Halim & Norzila Zakaria Tepak Sirih Sarawak Layer Cake A bouquet of Ferrero Rocher Arrived at the Norzila's house Yesterday, 7th August 2010 is a big day for Lokman Halim Sabu & Norzila Zakaria. Its the day of their engagement. Lokman is my officemate and we both actually come from the same hometown. He found his love, Norzila from Ampang and they agreed to go to the next level of their relationship and soon will tie a knot by this coming December. Since, he told me about the engagement plan, my friend and I work out together and help him with his dulang hantaran since Lokman's family is not around to help him with the preparation. Cik Kiah (my assistant) and I went to Petaling Street around 6.30 am to get fresh flower and from there we went to Bricksfield for some other things. We are a bit frustrated as we did not take any picture along the way.Anyway, enjoy the pictures above. Congratulations to Lokman and Norzila.

Last Sunday was the day that Roxychicks and I finally met after two years of blogging. I engaged her to do make up for Diana's engagement. Our check point was KLCC and then we drove to Kpg Baru. The meeting was so much fun and MANY THANKS TO ROXYCHICKS .
